To apply for an apartment, you will need to fill out an application form at our website and provide proof of income, a credit check, and a background check. The application fee is non-refundable. Once your application is approved, you will need to sign a lease agreement and pay a security deposit and first & last month's rent, if applicable. It may take up to 5 business days or more to process the application depending on how quickly we receive verification documents, application responses, employer and landlord verification, etc. The properties will be offered on a first-come first serve basis to qualified, approved applicants. We will only contact the approved applicant.
